too big had to return

I had to order this three times to finally get the size that would fit my waist and hips. In no reality am I a size 0! 😂 But it was still very long. I’m 5‘9“ and I don’t typically wear heels because my husband’s a little shorter than me. Now I could wear heels, but I don’t always want to have to, and this would definitely be dragging on the ground if I weren’t wearing at least a 2 1/2 to 3 inch heel. I really wanted this to work, but there was just too much fabric!
